Chevrolet’s Traverse SUP is heading to SEMA

Choosing an original customisation theme for a vehicle that's going to be displayed at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas can't be easy. However, Chevrolet might have come up with one for the Traverse SUP.

Its specification includes a Thule Stand Up Paddleboard Carrier plus a Riviera Paddlesurf paddleboard, which explains the SUP suffix. Unique and eye-catching 'Blue Wave' graphics continue the aquatic vibe.

Some visual contrast is provided by the black finishes used on the 20” alloy wheels, fog light bezels and front grille. In addition, the wheel arch lips and lower body elements are dark grey.

Disappointingly, the interior has been left virtually standard. Compared to a regular 2018 Traverse, the only extra items fitted inside the SUP are all-weather floor liners, a cargo liner, embroidered headrests and illuminated front-door sill plates.
