The one-off Ferrari F12 TRS

Inspired by the 1957 250 Testa Rossa and based on a contemporary F12berlinetta, the unique F12 TRS has been created for one lucky (and presumably fairly wealthy) Ferrari customer.

A wraparound windscreen that flows into twin headrest fairings provides the requisite visual drama, while the roofless cabin gets a stripped-back look. Indeed, with an audio system, central air vents, a glove box and even some minor controls all missing from the dashboard, the F12 TRS is almost totally devoid of luxuries.

Beneath a transparent bonnet panel sits an unmodified naturally-aspirated 6.3 litre V12 engine that delivers 730 bhp (545 kW / 740 PS). The quoted zero to 62 mph (100 mph) and 124 mph (200 km/h) times of 3.1 and 8.1 seconds respectively are identical to those of the regular F12berlinetta.

Although no price has been revealed, rumours suggest the F12 TRS cost around $4.2M. That’s about £2.5M or €3.1M at current exchange rates.
