UK prices for the 2020 Škoda Octavia
Škoda has announced prices and specifications for its all-new Octavia, which is being offered in both hatchback and estate guises.
Initially, the available trim grades are SE First Edition, SE Technology and SE L First Edition. An entry-level S variant and the sporty vRS are due to join the line-up later.
Equipment fitted to the SE First Edition includes 16” alloy wheels and LED headlights. Inside, there’s a 10.25” Virtual Cockpit instrument display, an 8.25” infotainment touchscreen, eight speakers, five USB sockets and dual-zone air conditioning.
Among the various standard driver assistance features are cruise control, tyre pressure monitoring, e Call, Front Assist, Lane Assist and rear parking sensors with Manoeuvre Assist.
Moving up to the SE Technology adds front parking sensors, voice control, Columbus satellite navigation and a larger 10” touchscreen.
17” alloys, rear privacy glass and some extra chrome trim distinguish the SE L First Edition. This range-topper also gains microsuede upholstery, heated front seats (with power adjustment for the driver’s), adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection and a choice of driving modes.
