Citroën introduces the C1 Urban Ride
Citroën is about to add the strangely-named Urban Ride trim grade to its C1 city car line-up.
Intended to replace the entry-level C1 Sense, the newcomer features 15” steel wheels with ‘Comet’ covers, black arch extensions and rear privacy glass. A contrasting Caldera Black roof finish is available as an option for anybody who prefers a two-tone look.
Inside, the specification includes Metropolitan Grey fabric upholstery and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. A 7” touchscreen controls the infotainment system, which is compatible with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The C1 Urban Ride is powered by a three-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 72 PS (71 bhp / 53 kW) via a manual gearbox.
Offered in five-door form only, UK on-the-road prices start at £12,815. Sales are due to begin next month.
