Triumph Tiger 900 Bond Edition unveiled

Back in May 2020, Triumph marked the then-imminent release of ‘No Time To Die’ by creating the Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition. However, thanks to the pandemic, the UK cinema opening of the 25th James Bond film got postponed to the end of this month.

Triumph has used that long delay as an opportunity to launch another special tie-in motorcycle. The second NTTD Bond Edition is based on the Tiger 900 Rally Pro, which appears in the movie.

Matt Sapphire Black paintwork is complemented by bronze-coloured 007 graphics. Also contributing to the dark look is a black finish for numerous components including the frame, side panels, sump guard and lights surrounds.

Furthermore, a set of Michelin Anakee Wild off-road tyres is supplied in addition to the factory-fitted Bridgestone Battlax items.

Power comes from the usual 888 cc engine. This three-cylinder unit delivers 95 PS (94 bhp / 70 kW) plus 87 Nm (64 lb-ft) of peak torque via a six-speed gearbox.

Only 250 examples of the individually-numbered Tiger 900 Bond Edition are going to be available worldwide, and each will have a certificate of authenticity. A £16,500 on-the-road starting price represents a premium of £3,000 over the regular model, though.
