Škoda gives the Kodiaq a mid-life facelift
Four years after it first arrived at Škoda dealers, the Kodiaq SUV has received a series of updates.
The styling changes are subtle, but they comprise redesigned bumpers, a more upright front grille, a raised bonnet line, a new gloss black tailgate spoiler and a refreshed selection of alloy wheels. Slimmer headlights – either LED or full LED Matrix – complete the revised look.
When sales begin in July, customers will have a choice of S, SE, SE L, L&K, SportLine and vRS trim grades.
For most of those variants, the major interior enhancements are going to be cost options. Among them is a fully digital Virtual Cockpit (standard only on the vRS) that uses a configurable 10.25” display instead of conventional instruments.
Similarly, buyers should expect to pay extra for ergonomic seats, which are covered in perforated leather and feature heating, ventilation, electric adjustment and a massage function. Alternatively, the SE and SE L can be equipped with vegan Eco upholstery made from recycled materials.
There’s an amended powertrain line-up, too:
