Nissan NV300 van updated for 2020

Recently, the Renault Trafic and Fiat Talento were given a new engine which complies with Euro 6d-Temp emissions regulations. Now it’s the turn of the almost identical Nissan NV300 to receive that particular upgrade.

The replacement turbo-diesel unit is being offered in 94 bhp (70 kW / 95 PS), 118 bhp (88 kW / 120 PS), 143 bhp (106 kW / 145 PS) and 167 bhp (125 kW / 170 PS) guises. For the first time, a dual-clutch transmission can be specified instead of the usual manual gearbox, but availability is restricted to the 145 PS and 170 PS variants.

Most of the other changes are in the cab. The dashboard is black rather than grey, some satin chrome trim pieces have appeared and the upholstery is different. In addition, an improved DAB audio system is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, plus the 7” touchscreen (if fitted) gains a revised interface.
