Crosstourer Special Edition

Honda has unveiled a Special Edition version of its V4-powered Crosstourer.

Compared to the regular model, the only differences are some body-side graphics and a matt black finish for the forks, front mudguard and tail section. Although the tweaks certainly look smart against the black paintwork, perhaps more could have been done?

Everything else remains the same, which means that the Special Edition will be available with either a normal six-speed gearbox or Honda’s dual-clutch transmission.

For those riders not interested in the ‘all black’ look of the Special Edition, a choice of Pearl Cosmic Black, Candy Prominence Red, Digital Silver Metallic or Pearl Sunbeam White colours will continue to be offered (although the UK is restricted to just the first three of those, for some reason).

A price for the 2013 Honda Crosstourer Special Edition - not to be confused with the accessory-laden Crosstourer SE variant launched earlier this year - has yet to be announced.
