Cadillac has unveiled the production version of the Lyriq, the brand’s first pure-electric SUV. This new addition to the range is built on GM’s Ultium rear-wheel drive modular platform.

Cadillac has offered a preview of how its first pure-electric vehicle is going to look. The Lyriq – which, unsurprisingly, is a crossover – features a high waistline, a wide stance, a broad ‘black crystal’ front grille and overly fussy rear-end styling.

There’s soon going to be a new contender in North America’s ultra-competitive compact executive saloon segment. It’s the Cadillac CT4, which is roughly the same size as the latest BMW 3 Series.

Cadillac has revealed the high-performance CT5-V. This V-Series version of its all-new CT5 mid-size saloon is distinguished by a mesh grille, 19” wheels, a rear diffuser, four exhaust pipes and an almost total lack of chrome.

A distinctive paint shade called Bronze Sand Metallic identifies the 2019 ATS-V Coupe Pedestal Edition and the CTS-V Sedan Pedestal Edition.

Since its launch in 2015, the Cadillac CT6 has only been offered with four- and six-cylinder engines. Now, though, the range is gaining an all-new V8 – a move that should appeal to the brand’s traditional customer base.
