Renault Captur revealed
The small crossover segment is starting to get very crowded, with more and more manufacturers launching products to compete in it. For example, just a few days ago the Peugeot 2008 was unveiled, and now Renault has revealed its Captur urban crossover.
Based on the same platform as the new Clio and measuring 4.12 metres (13’ 6”) in length, Renault is describing it as compact, user-friendly and non-aggressive.
A striking design that makes good use of a two-tone paint finish arguably makes the Captur the best-looking vehicle in its class. The imaginative approach continues inside too, with a cabin that features a modular layout and plenty of storage.
Technical specifications, equipment levels and pricing are all expected to be confirmed nearer to the Captur’s public debut, which will be at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
