Shelby Cobra CSX7000 289 FIA Continuation
2014 marks fifty years since the Shelby Cobra 289 FIA first appeared on race circuits around the world. To celebrate the car's half-century, a special continuation model has been created.
Offered only as a rolling chassis, its specification includes Viking Blue paintwork, white number roundels, a black interior, FIA-style powder-coated wheels, various 50th Anniversary billet badges and a unique car cover. Buyers will have to source their own engine and transmission.
In the United States prices start from either $94,995 or $159,995 depending on whether a fibreglass or aluminium body is chosen. Fittingly, just fifty examples are going to be built.
