2015 Hyundai i20 Coupe revealed
While the recently-launched five-door Hyundai i20 is a plain-looking thing, the same criticism can’t be levelled at the new Coupe version.
With its thick C-pillar and lower roofline, the three-door benefits from a much sleeker profile. Distinctive surfacing around the rear wheel arches, restyled bumpers and a prominent tailgate spoiler also add to the more purposeful appearance.
Initially four engines are going to be available. Following the current trend for smaller capacities and fewer cylinders, the line-up is due to be augmented by a 1.0 litre, three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol unit later next year.
Hyundai has yet to confirm UK pricing for the i20 Coupe.
