2016 Hyundai i20 WRC livery revealed

Nevertheless, the 2016 i20 WRC has undergone a year-long development programme and, as a result, Hyundai says pace is improved compared to the previous car. Indeed, challenging for titles is now seen as a realistic objective.

Dani Sordo, Hayden Paddon and Thierry Neuville have been named as the team's drivers. All three are going to compete in every round of the series. Furthermore, a fourth i20 WRC is due to appear at a few selected events, with Hyundai Motorsport's test driver Kevin Abbring behind the wheel.
