Fiat 500 Riva launched

Riva speedboats are noted for their elegance and sophistication. They're very attractive qualities to exude so, spotting a marketing opportunity, Fiat has teamed up with the nautical brand to create a special edition.

The new 500 Riva is being offered as either a hatchback or a cabriolet. It comes in a unique paint shade called Sera Blue, which matches a Riva Aquariva Super hull colour. What's more, exclusive twenty-spoke 16” alloy wheels are fitted and the convertible version boasts a blue roof.

One of the most striking attributes is the mahogany dashboard that features maple inlays. Mahogany is used for the gear knob and door sills too, while the seats are covered in ivory Poltrona Frau leather with Sera Blue piping. Also included in the specification is a seven-speaker Beats by Dr. Dre audio system.

Customers will face the usual choice of Fiat 500 engines and transmissions. UK availability and pricing have yet to be disclosed.
