2017/2018 Formula E calendar announced
Despite having a later December start, the fourth FIA Formula E Championship is going to include fourteen races – that's two more than the current season.
The provisional calendar, which has been agreed by the FIA World Motor Sport Council, features three 'double header' events.
Chile, Brazil and Italy will host their first Formula E rounds, while a gap in June could yet see the return of a UK ePrix to the schedule.
As far as future regulation changes are concerned, the most significant allows a modest race-mode power increase from 170 kW (228 bhp / 231 PS) to 180 kW (241 bhp / 244 PS).
