Mercedes-Benz launches the Vito Sport Line

A sporty upgrade package for the Vito makes a lot of sense. After all, it’s the type of van that’s often driven by people who seem to be in a hurry.

Although there are no engine modifications, the new Vito Sport Line specification does include a stiffer suspension set-up and either 18” or 19” alloy wheels.

A suitably purposeful look is provided by the addition of side skirts, graphics and (where applicable) rear privacy glass. Furthermore, a chrome-plated front grille is fitted and the bumpers are body-coloured.

There’s chrome trim inside too, along with black artificial leather upholstery and velour floor mats.

The Sport Line option will be available across Europe for all Vito body styles. UK pricing has yet to be announced, but in Germany the extra cost varies between €2,500 and €4,100 (roughly £2,200 and £3,600 at current exchange rates).
