Isuzu D-Max Workman+ launched
Isuzu has added a special edition to the D-Max pick-up range. As its name suggests, the Workman+ targets commercial users rather than ‘lifestyle’ customers.
This new arrival – which is based on the existing Utility trim grade – is being offered in double cab form only. Power comes from the usual 1.9 litre turbo-diesel engine that’s mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
For better practicality, the Workman+ gains a liner for the load bed plus a tow bar. Extra appearance and convenience features comprise 18” alloy wheels (with a full-size spare), side steps, a DAB radio and a reversing camera (that feeds to a display incorporated in the rear-view mirror).
Available with a choice of Cosmic Black Mica, Sapphire Blue Mica, Obsidian Grey Mica, Titanium Silver Metallic or Splash White paintwork, orders are being accepted now. Only 125 examples are going to be built, though.
Workman+ on-the-road prices (excluding VAT) start at £21,495.
