Seat Toledo prices slashed

The Seat Toledo isn’t exactly a common sight on UK roads so, in a bid to revitalise sales, prices have been cut by £2,500 across the range. As a result, the entry-level Toledo E 1.2 12V now costs just £10,000.

What’s more, the mid-range ‘S’ models have been given some extra equipment, including rear parking sensors, a leather-covered multi-function steering wheel, rear electric windows and a centre headrest for the rear seat.

It’s a similar story on the top-spec ‘SE’ variants. As well as the parking sensors and third rear headrest, they also gain rear privacy glass and a touchscreen-controlled media system that incorporates satellite navigation, Bluetooth audio streaming and a DAB radio.

At the moment Seat is saying these pricing actions will be available ‘until at least the end of 2013’, which suggests they could run into next year if not enough buyers are found before the end of December.
