A Škoda Kodiaq for emergency services duties
Another model has joined Škoda’s family of fully-converted cars for ambulance, fire brigade and police use. This new arrival is the all-wheel drive Kodiaq Rapid Response Vehicle, which should appeal particularly to agencies that require some off-road ability.
As well as a 100 amp three-tone siren and a roof-mounted light bar, it features extra warning LEDs on the grille, numberplate surround, windscreen and tailgate.
Škoda is able to fit a wide variety of specialist equipment to the SUV. Available items include a slide-out luggage compartment tray, medical gear, a back-up power source and a heavy-duty suspension upgrade.
