Mercedes-Benz SLC Final Edition unveiled

With production of the R172-generation SLC due to end very soon, Mercedes-Benz has created a Final Edition version of its smallest roadster.

An enhanced standard equipment list includes five-spoke 18” alloy wheels, the Airscarf neck-level heating device, heated seats, bespoke floor mats and the Memory package.

The Final Edition’s interior also features black and silver Nappa leather upholstery with grey stitching. Furthermore, leather inserts on the head restraints, seat backs, gear selector and flat-bottom steering wheel all have a carbon fibre effect.

As well as the usual black, grey and white paintwork options, a unique colour called Sun Yellow is available. It’s a homage Yellowstone, a shade that originally appeared on the 1996 SLK (one of the SLC’s forebears).
