Iveco creates two S-Way design concepts
To help launch its all-new S-Way heavy truck range, Iveco has unveiled a pair of special concepts.
The first honours Magirus, the German brand that was acquired by Iveco in the 1970s and is now best known for manufacturing fire-fighting equipment. As well as striking two-tone paintwork and some unique body graphics, an enhanced specification includes leather upholstery and various other customisation options.
The second takes a very different approach. In an attempt to address a general lack of exercise opportunities for drivers, the Fit Cab doubles as a mobile gym. Various pieces of toning equipment can be used with the bespoke exterior hooks and anchor points, while a wall-mounted pulley set and a ceiling-mounted pull-up bar are fitted inside.
Both concepts are going to appear at next weekend’s European Truck Racing Championship event at the Nürburgring, where they’ll be centre stage for a series of client workshops.
