Dacia SE Twenty special editions unveiled

Anybody ordering a Dacia Sandero Stepway, Logan MCV Stepway or Duster can now opt for a new version called SE Twenty.

Being based on the existing Comfort trim grade, standard equipment on all three models is already fairly generous. It includes manual air conditioning, four electric windows, cruise control, rear parking sensors (plus a reversing camera on the Duster), heated and power-adjustable door mirrors, Bluetooth connectivity and a touchscreen-operated Media Nav Evolution infotainment system which is compatible with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Among the extra items exclusive to the SE Twenty are body decals, gloss black door mirror caps, floor mats and unique upholstery that incorporates some blue highlights. In addition, the Sandero and Logan MCV gain a reversing camera, while the upgraded Duster comes with a multi-view camera, a blind spot warning device and 17” diamond-cut alloy wheels.

  • Duster SE Twenty TCe 130 petrol 4x2 – £15,645
  • Duster SE Twenty dCi 115 diesel 4x2 – £16,645
  • Duster SE Twenty dCi 115 diesel 4x4 – £18,645
SE Twenty deliveries will begin in March.

The Alfa Romeo MiTo supermini is now available with the innovative two-cylinder TwinAir petrol engine. Although its capacity is only 875 cc, a turbocharger and the MultiAir electro-hydraulic valve control system mean it produces a respectable 83 bhp (62 kW / 85 PS) and 145 Nm (103 lb/ft) of torque. Honda WSB team launch

Honda has unveiled its works team for the 2011 World Superbike championship . The announcement of Castrol as title sponsor means the return to a very familiar colour scheme for the pair of CBR1000RR Fireblade bikes, which will be ridden by Jonathan Rea and Ruben Xaus. As in recent years, Honda has entrusted Dutch concern Ten Kate Racing with running the factory WSB team. First thing on the Castrol Honda agenda is a two day testing session at the Motorland Aragón circuit in Spain later this week. The 2011 WSB season comprises thirteen rounds with Phillip Island, Australia hosting the opening race on 27 February.
