Mercedes-Benz Concept EQT unveiled
Mercedes-Benz has revealed the Concept EQT. It previews a pure-electric variant of the upcoming T-Class, which in turn is the people-carrying version of the next-generation Citan van.
Measuring 4,945 mm (16’ 2”) long, 1,863 mm (6’ 1”) wide and 1,826 mm (5’ 11”) tall, the Concept EQT features sliding doors on both sides, a large panoramic sunroof and huge 21” alloy wheels.
Inside, the seven seats are covered in not-very-practical white nappa leather. The third row can be folded down or removed entirely if more luggage space is needed.
No technical details have been released yet, so things like potential range and recharging times remain unknown.
The new Mercedes-Benz Citan will be launched later this year, while the T-Class is due to arrive in 2022.
