2014 Lancia Delta revealed
The Lancia Delta, which continues to wear Chrysler badges in the UK and Ireland, is being given a mild makeover for 2014.
Externally there’s a new dual chrome exhaust tailpipe, plus the side skirts and lower portions of the bumpers are now body-coloured instead of black. Inside, changes are limited to some new gloss and matt black trim pieces.
Iron, Silver and Gold variants are being offered in Italy, all of which come with a sliding rear seat, air conditioning, an electronic stability system and a hill-hold function.
The Silver grade is more generously equipped, as its extra standard kit includes 16” alloy wheels, cruise control, cloth and Alcantara seat coverings, climate control, Bluetooth connectivity and privacy glass. Furthermore, the top-spec Gold also features perforated leather upholstery, rear park distance control, larger 17” alloys and automatic sensors for the lights and wipers.
Sales of the updated Lancia Delta begin next month. In Italy, where the engine line-up comprises a couple of 1.6 litre diesels and a 1.4 litre petrol / LPG bi-fuel alternative, prices range from €22,950 to €26,750.
