2014 Chrysler 300C John Varvatos Limited Edition

Chrysler has confirmed that a John Varvatos Limited Edition is once again joining its 300C range.

Created in collaboration with the John Varvatos designer brand, it’s distinguished by Phantom Black tri-coat paintwork, larger front air intakes, 20” cast alloy wheels and darkened LED taillights. Completing the look are special badges and a titanium finish for the grille surround, door mirror caps and exhaust tips.

The interior meanwhile features a combination of pewter and black leather upholstery that’s complemented by titanium, gloss black and charcoal hydrographic wood trim pieces. Also included in the specification are unique instruments that have pearlescent white faces with metallic black bezels.

With both the 3.6 litre Pentastar V6 and 5.7 litre Hemi V8 available, buyers have a choice of either rear- or all-wheel drive. In the United States, prices start from $44,480 plus a $995 destination charge.

2012 Civic NGTC livery

Honda Racing’s all-new Civic NGTC race cars were first seen at a Brands Hatch test session last month. Then they were painted plain white, but now the colour scheme that will be worn in this year’s British Touring Car Championship has been revealed. As expected, the design is predominantly white with red and black stripes. A deal with Yuasa has also been confirmed, which will see the battery manufacturer becoming the renamed Honda Yuasa Racing Team’s title sponsor for the next three years. Inspired by the 1969 V7 Record that set several speed records for Moto Guzzi, the new Record kit has been designed to give current-generation V7 models a retro endurance racer look. Included is a lightweight fibreglass front fairing (which handily uses the existing headlight), plus a replacement single seat unit that features memory foam. The kit can be fitted to the V7 Café and V7 Racer without any modifications.
