The Golf Cabriolet gets refreshed for 2016
Volkswagen has announced a series of cosmetic and technical updates for its Golf Cabriolet.
The exterior changes comprise restyled bumpers, more pronounced side sills, six new wheel designs and some additional colour options.
Inside, the range of upholsteries and cabin trim has been rejuvenated. Furthermore, the Composition Colour and Composition Media infotainment systems are now available. As well as smartphone integration, these both feature Guide + Inform internet-based channels that can provide information on things like traffic and weather conditions.
Buyers will have a choice of four petrol and two diesel engines, all of which comply with the Euro 6 emissions standard for the first time:

- 2.0 litre TDI - 108 bhp (81 kW / 110 PS)
- 2.0 litre TDI - 147 bhp (110 kW / 150 PS)
