Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Concept unveiled

Jeep’s latest creation could be a strong hint that the Wrangler is about to get an eight-cylinder engine option. Called the Rubicon 392 Concept, it features a 392 cubic-inch (6.4 litre) V8 and numerous chassis modifications.

450 bhp (335 kW / 456 PS) plus 610 Nm (450 lb-ft) of torque are delivered to a full-time four-wheel drive system via a specially strengthened eight-speed automatic transmission and a Selec-Track two-speed transfer case. Performance is certainly impressive, as evidenced by a 0-60 mph (96 km/h) time of less than five seconds.
