2021 Mini Shadow Editions launched in the UK

Mini has introduced the Clubman Shadow Edition and Countryman Shadow Edition, which are going to be available in the UK only.

They’re both based on the existing Sport trim grade, with a choice of 136 PS (134 bhp / 100 kW) Cooper or 178 PS (175 bhp / 130 kW) Cooper S versions. Alternatively, customers can specify an all-wheel drive plug-in hybrid powertrain instead for the Countryman.

On the outside, Midnight Black metallic paintwork is combined with an almost golden Melting Silver finish on the roof and door mirror caps.

It’s a classy look that’s complemented by special Shadow Edition graphics, LED headlights and an upgrade to 19” John Cooper Works ‘Circuit Spoke’ two-tone alloy wheels. The Shadow Edition motif appears on the door-sill tread plates and dashboard, too.

Mini dealers are accepting orders now, ahead of the first deliveries in April 2021. On-the-road prices start from:
  • Clubman Shadow Edition (136 PS) – £27,600
  • Clubman Shadow Edition (178 PS) – £29,800
  • Countryman Shadow Edition (136 PS) – £29,550
  • Countryman Shadow Edition (178 PS) – £31,550
  • Countryman Shadow Edition (PHEV) – £37,450
