Alfa Romeo introduces the Stelvio Veloce Ti

Alfa Romeo has added a new Veloce Ti – or Turismo Internazionale – trim grade to its Stelvio range.

Designed to look like the existing high-performance Quadrifoglio variant, the Veloce Ti gains a body kit and a restyled rear bumper. The dark five-hole 21” alloy wheels shown in the images are going to be optional in the UK, though.

Inside, the sporty theme continues with leather and Alcantara upholstery, red stitching, a black headlining, carbon fibre inlays and aluminium gear-shift paddles.

Power is provided by a 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine. This four-cylinder unit sends 276 bhp (206 kW / 280 PS) to a Q4 all-wheel drive system via an eight-speed automatic transmission.

UK prices for the entire 2021 Alfa Romeo line-up are due to be announced next month.

The Alfa Romeo MiTo supermini is now available with the innovative two-cylinder TwinAir petrol engine. Although its capacity is only 875 cc, a turbocharger and the MultiAir electro-hydraulic valve control system mean it produces a respectable 83 bhp (62 kW / 85 PS) and 145 Nm (103 lb/ft) of torque. Honda WSB team launch

Honda has unveiled its works team for the 2011 World Superbike championship . The announcement of Castrol as title sponsor means the return to a very familiar colour scheme for the pair of CBR1000RR Fireblade bikes, which will be ridden by Jonathan Rea and Ruben Xaus. As in recent years, Honda has entrusted Dutch concern Ten Kate Racing with running the factory WSB team. First thing on the Castrol Honda agenda is a two day testing session at the Motorland Aragón circuit in Spain later this week. The 2011 WSB season comprises thirteen rounds with Phillip Island, Australia hosting the opening race on 27 February.
