Run-out 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo unveiled

Alfa Romeo is marking the end of 4C Spider sales with a special edition for North America. As its name indicates, the new 33 Stradale Tributo has been inspired by the 33 Stradale mid-engine sports car of 1967.

Rosso Villa d’Este tri-coat paintwork, grey-gold five-hole alloy wheels and a red transparent finish on the carbon fibre monocoque combine to create a unique look.

The interior meanwhile features tobacco leather and black Dinamica suede upholstery, as well as a numbered plaque on the centre console.

Power still comes from the familiar 1,750 cc, four-cylinder, turbocharged engine which delivers 237 bhp (176 kW / 240 PS) plus 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of peak torque via a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. In addition, the usually-optional Akrapovič centre-mounted dual-mode exhaust is fitted as standard.

The enhanced specification also gains a sharper suspension set-up, bi-xenon headlights, Italian flag door mirror caps, a car cover and a battery charger.

Just 33 examples of the 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo are going to be available. In the United States, the starting price is $79,995 (excluding destination charge).
